Story Behind The Song
Guy who's never satisfied, goes back to his girl who's found another man. He realizes it's his fault and that he may have "lost" the best one by screwing around on her.
Song Description
Guy always looking for something better leaves the one he loves. He returns to find out she's with someone else this time. He realizes that he should have told her how he felt but he was playing cards with her love and "dealing" with other women instead of showing her his feelings and his "hand." She's right and he's wrong. He picks up his things from her house and leaves for the last time. Never to return again...

Lyrics
"The Last Goodbye"
©2015
You're right I'm wrong; I never should have left you when I heard another song
You're right I'm wrong; I never should have left you when things were goin' wrong
I guess I had to go my way you know I'm a hard headed lover
I learn from experience grass is greener on the other side of the fence
I don't give apologies and I don't like sympathy
You say there's another man I was dealin' when I should have been showing my hand
You're right I'm wrong; I never should have left you when I heard another song
You're right I'm wrong; I never should have stayed away for so long
You're right I'm wrong; I never should have left you when I heard another song
You're right I'm wrong; I never should have stayed away for so long
I guess I will get my things I know it's the last goodbye
There goes my dreams again their off with the southern wind
You're right I'm wrong; I there's no use in trying to carry on
You're right I'm wrong...
