Story Behind The Song
I had not been writing songs for a while. I stopped by this "new" coffee shop after swimming one day. I got this reflective, introspective, and nostalgic feeling. I started to jot down what I was thinking and feeling. A lot of good folks were coming and going as I hung out there. It gave me the 'ol good time feel of back in the day. Ultimately, I turned it into a song!!
