Story Behind The Song
International Top 40 Hip Hop artist Daiyon and Pop Dance icon CeCe Peniston came together to create the inspirational dance oriented classic "See Me Now". Denver native producer Skyler sent Daiyon and hid producer Vudu Spellz some tracks to write to and Daiyon immediately conceived the initial concept and hook for the song/ Once Vudu heard the demo vocals and the hook he had an epiphany to have Cece Peniston, who he ahad admired and worked with in the past, bless the track with her amazing voice which would take the song to another level. Vudu contacted CeCe from Vegas and she recorded the hook, bridge, and adlib vocals in Phoenix. The song was mixed at VSE studios and mastered by Sgae Audio. The rest is history.
