Story Behind The Song
My family made a Christmas recording for my grandparents in 1964. We all gathered in a small room, with an out-of-tune piano, around a single microphone. Each of us had a turn singing our favorite song. Mine happened to be this one, for my Grandpa Kutch.

Lyrics
Take me out to the ball game
Take me out to the crowd
Buy me some peanuts and Crackerjacks
I don't care if I never get back
For it's root, root, root for the home team
If they don't win it's a shame
For it's one, two, three strikes you're out
at the old ball game!
