I never have know this is your version of a Christmas song, "The Spirits Of Christmas". And, it doesn't have a Christmas sound at all, so you could use it somewhere else other than Christmas. The walkdown each time is a little old fashion without words. There's a little Christmas sound bell-like at 3:58 or so.
I really like the sort of insouciant and innocent feel of the piece, get pictures of walking down a misty city sidewalk or country village in a much earlier time. I think this could fit very well as background in various media. I really like the change at about 3:00, into the reprise at around 3:30. Nicely done.
The recording I like very much. Love the backing vocal sound and the chime behind that which almost gives it a winter feel, like Christmas.
A beautiful, simple melody. This is so pleasant. I really enjoyed listening to this song. The middle(the development section, I suppose we can call it, at 1:00) is so beautiful in its simplicity and yet there's this really refreshing 'something' about how it blossoms from the first part of the piece. I like the addition of the B-3 voice later in the song. This is a nice piece of music. Thank you.
Very Pretty Piano Piece. Food material.
Great Job putting song together NIce work on all instruments sounded great keep up the good work
I Like the melody and the basic structure of this song
Very peaceful song...very relaxing and calming. Beautiful piano playing and beautiful backing instrumentation. Everything is balanced perfectly and orchestrated effectively. The dynamics are perfectly placed in this song. Loved every moment from beginning to end. Well done.
I like that it's piano driven, because I like that instrument. It also has a nice calm feel to it, which makes me want to put it on in the background while I do various activities. It seems like a good song to fall asleep to, which is not an insult at all. It just has that calming effect to it.
This is the definition of a love ballad at its best. It has a classic sound which is something I miss hearing and is lacking in the music we hear today. You've pulled off a truly eloquent arrangement, and I found myself completely tuned-in to the music. Honestly, you had me sold from 3:08-3:28 -- that part alone was a masterpiece. All I can say is great work and keep it up!
What a great tune. My first thought was that this would be a perfect fit for a ton of things on the big screen... but then soon realized as it progressed, it makes a perfect listen as you sit back and relax and just let you mind wander a bit. Nice work. Nice work indeed.
