Story Behind The Song

Strange thing about this song is that it was actually written (lyrics) by a 15 year old girl and performed on this demo version by another singer who happened to be 15 years old at the time. All that have heard it agree that the lyrics and vocal performance are way "beyond thier years" . What do you think?
