Story Behind The Song
I wrote this song in Basel with my first love, just before the relationship fell apart. I was remembering a time when he was so moved by my pain it used to bring tears to his eyes.
Song Description
Migraines are very difficult. Each person that suffers from them has a different way of dealing with the pain. In this song, the beloved is comforting the singer who's head is banging. The comfort is so profound it is compared to being a boat in a sea of darkness.

Lyrics
Sing to me softly, Sing softly
cause my head is banging
Keep very still
Don't turn on the light
In order to dispel this sharp pain, I must become a child again...
I'm trying to be empty now
I'm trying not to have opinions...
In this sea of Darkness,
Your arms are my boat
Gently gently swaying
Now is forever , my love.
Your song is softer, is softer than the dew
softer than the dew
