Story Behind The Song

I was having trouble sleeping one summer, and would stay up staying busy with producing and writing the first disc to TIHVIII. Lots of emotions were let lose while writing this one.

Song Description

Sometimes it's hard to sleep. Most musicians are late night people as it is already, but in this song we take a look at the actual activities taking place on those late nights where everyone is asleep. The beat has a deep 808 bass drum while the hi hats ticks along side it. A gradually rising synth bass suddenly drops to bring the music back home. Rapid fire lyrics send listeners in a trance as they follow the twisted rhythms and wordplay in the musical maze.
