Lyrics
You're A Hero, Jenny
Oh Jenny
Had heard the World's a goner
Had said unto her Mother
So not to be a bummer
Gonna make a change in my own way
So Jenny
Is makin' better choices
Finding uses for her old things
Donatin' and recyclin'
The stuff she used to just throw away
(Chorus)
You're a hero, Jenny (Jenny, Jenny)
You're a hero, you're a hero (Jenny, Jenny)
You're a hero, Jenny, bep, bep (Jenny, Jenny)
You're a hero, you're a hero (Jenny, Jenny)
And Jenny,
Is livin' by her new plan
Sortin' plastics, papers and cans
Together makin' a stand
We'll reduce this country's waste
Now Jenny,
Has become a local hero
Couldn't make it any clearer
Than starin' in the mirror
She makes our Earth a better place!
(Chorus)
(Bridge)
Don't throw it away (reuse it)
Recycle it today (renew it)
There's so much more for you and I
Let's keep the dreams alive inside
(Exposition)
We can all make a difference. If we recycled all our papers, we could save about 250 million trees a year. And every year we throw away about 80 million aluminum soda cans instead of recycling them, and guess what happens? They sit in a landfill for about 500 years! It's up to you Julian and Daniel and Isabel and Willy and Raj and Ric and Holly and Mom and Dad and everyone and everywhere
(Bridge) 2X
(Chorus Out)
You're all heroes, everyone
You're all heroes, everyone
You're all heroes, everyone
You're all heroes, everyone
