Story Behind The Song
This song started out being about the many times I've been in a bad relationship and repeated the cycle. When Andrea took over the vocals, she added her own twist which made it angsty.
Song Description
It's hard for me to categorize what genre this song is in. I would lean towards hard rock, but it's not entirely heavy. The female vocals add a very nice contrast to the heavier backing. I guess Evanescence comparisons will be inevitable.

Lyrics
How many times
Can I fool myself
How many times
Can I hear your lies
How many times
Will I hit the ground
Before I realize
You've stolen everything
There's nothing left to take
I live in a suppressive dream
When will I wake?
How many times
Can I compensate
For all the things you do
How many times
Must I bleed for you
Before I see the truth
You've stolen everything
There's nothing left to take
I live in a suppressive dream
When will I wake
How many times
Can you hear me speak
Never listening
How many times
Must I stand here waiting
Before I finally see
(repeat)
