I wrote this while going through my own period of self-doubt. A family member was also an influence in my writing the lyrics. They were experiencing their own stuff.

For those who have made alot of mistakes and don't think to change.....this song is attempting to convey the message that you shouldn't fall to the things you might have done wrong - rather to pick yourself up and learn.
