I was watching the chatter between a couple in a cafe who seemed to be finding it difficult to find a common topic of interest to discuss so they stopped talking to each other and became distracted with their environment. Hence, what they hear from each other are echoes of silence.

Song Description

The song is about a couple who seem to be living in a fishbowl. On the outside everyone believes they are living the perfect life and are so happy together. From the inside the couple of slowly been drifting away from each other without really realizing it until one day they confront each other with this fact and realize the relationship has been over for a long time.
