Story Behind The Song
I wrote the song shortly after after moving to Los Angeles from Boston in 1984.
I was feeling lonely for folks back home, yet excited to be right near Hollywood, CA. where so many cool world known landmarks existed right near by such as, "The Corner of Holywood Blvd. and Vine Street."
I figured that would be a cool place to meet any of my visiting friends or family downtown 10 to 9.
Why that time?
It just rolled off the tongue smoothly and felt good to sing those syllables!
