Written at a time of going around in circles looking for a way through but not being able to find any solution which was acceptable to me. A trauma of 'fight / surrender?...fight / surrender?...etc'

The song goes from an expression of pain to an 'it's alright - you don't have to worry' transition, the chorus 'falling from a great height' in a sudden halt of music and lyrics, only to land with an excusing summary - 'only accidentally fell'.
