Very interesting, charming little orchestral piece! Is it played by children? It sounds very professional. Cool how the rubato changes into speeding up and slowing down, leading to cadences. Your piece has somewhat of an Asian feel to it, with its many little themes that are repeated and lead to new themes that almost sound like improv. I would have put it into the Classical section.
The quality of the recording was nice and I like the various tempos in the piece.
I am not a big fan of dissonant music. I prefer melodic. But for what you were trying to do, you did a great job.
