Written by Kevin Renick and Christa Juergens, the song is meant to convey the feeling of being constantly busy but mostly exhilarated by your activities. You want to have fun and stay on the go, enjoying the company of some people in the process (including possibly a lover or two). But there are times when you just crash, where you are just tired and have to stop for a while. So, it's either go FAST or go OFF. Two speeds.
