I actually wrote this song for myself as a reminder to not go back to bad situations even though you get scared and tend to have rose colored glasses about the relationship when you are lonely.

When you are lonely or scared, you tend to reminisce about a past relationship and start to only recall the good times. This song highlights all the reasons why you initially broke off the relationship and helps you remember that "I Don't Want You Back."
