Doodle Da!

Song Description

The original is for Celesta, but I couldn't get it sounding quite right with the lack of technology! It'll be up soon.

Song Length 1:38 Genre Classical - Classical

I liked this piece. Nice composition. I always appreciate neo-18th century compositions. I liked the play between the right and left hand. It might make an interesting break up of the piece to shift the left hand part to the right hand and the right to the left, this would break up the piece a bit and provide variation without disturbing the flow. Production wise, I think the piano is a bit bright, you may want to consider pulling back on the brightness in your EQ. This would also effect the reverb's metallic quality. Also, you could Pull back the reverb's high filter to reduce the brightness. Finnaly, consider step editing the velocity. It seem like the piano is a harpsichord, and maybe this would sound better as a harpsichord. But if you prefer the piano sound, you may want to adjust the velocity so that the dynamics and feel are apparent. As it is, all the notes seem like the same volume and seem to be played rather heavy handed. Nevertheless, I enjoyed it. Well done!
