True story of a teenage drummer in Buffalo NY in the 60's and his childhood sweetheart. The father of the girl tries to break up the relationship and disaster ensues.

Song Description

A guy falls head over heels in love with a girl when they were both young teenagers. Girl's dad puts stop on the relationship. The guy looks back thirty years later and even though he is married and has kids, is still deeply in love with his childhood sweetheart, but comes to terms with what is and was and is able to put it all in perspective.
