Story Behind The Song

Though I've had an amazing career writing, recording, performing inspiring music around the world, I had this restless feeling almost a couple years ago - wanting something else, whatever was next. It was somewhat of a dark time as I tried to figure out what that was & ultimately it was about me getting over the fear of becoming a mother & saying yes to having a baby. So that's the new story in my life & in the interlude you can hear sounds from this new life - it's my baby cooing :)

Song Description

All it takes is a decision & this song starts with the mighty decision to trade in the rain/bad times for better times by focusing on yourself & wanting more for yourself. It's a song about encouraging yourself to take that step from darkness into the light, to have the courage to write a new story & feeling the gratitude of this new found life.
