"What Happened There" began as an addition to another song I was working on. But when I played it over and over with variations on its melody, I realized that it should be a completely separate piece. Ominous and slow-building, this song is meant to envelop the listener in the mystery.

"What Happened There" is an eerie and mysterious piano piece. The tune repeats over and over, but has several variations throughout as the mystery grows. The B section enhances the story - showing there is something more to 'what happened.'
