Yeah, sweet intro. Vocal is sweet. Nice use of sounds creating the rhythm track. Vocals are superb, especially the bridge. Loved the harmonies. The guitar playing and tone is exceptional! I liked the fade, it was a bit long but the curve felt very good and with the sweet guitar it DID make me want to hear more!
In general, I liked the smooth, laid back feel of this song. The vocal fit well and the harmony was nicely placed. The guitar put this firmly in a blues genre and the keyboards had a nice groove.
The real deal, great soulful voice and authentic soulful guitar lines . Maybe Mike McDonald meets Eric Clapton, nice.
interesting lyrical content. nice warm vocal. like the strings also they are well placed throughout the song. defenite blues market potential.
Really well written, recorded, and performed blues piece. It's a modern take on an old genre. Really excellent harmonies, reminds me of some of Michael McDonalds music. I could absolutely hear this track being placed in a film where a guy is down on his luck, drinking his troubles.
I like the vocals, lyrics, background music, harmonies, guitar leads and the arrangement. Great song. I loved it.
nice laid back bluesy soulful track. smooth vocals. cool guitar licks and backing gives it a good easy listening vibe.
Great song. Loved it. Nice guitar work and excellent vocals. Very well written, arranged and produced.
Nice Sound!
Love those blues guitars and vocals full of soul.
Very bluesy. Nice vocals, good flow and melody.
Great recording. Wonderful instrumentation with a fabulous arrangement. Tight rhythm section. Smooth guitar licks. Tasteful keyboards. Great lyrics that create a mood of regret in the listener. Great hook. Nice harmonies. Great job.
Very nice song, reminds me of Larry McCray.
Good work again Earl......nice guitar......great vocal......and a good message....
Beautiful guitar.
BB King feel to the hook.
I like the lyrics.
YOu do an excellent job of setting a sad yet hopeful and longing mood.
Bongos add a nice flavor to the drum mix.
