Story Behind The Song
I got the idea to write this after watching a documentary about priest, and corruption in the Vatican and the fact that this has been going on for ever and being covered up because they are wealthy and powerful. I know it is a subject no-one wants to talk about so I decided to sing about it. It is a real problem . A man in my Hometown took his own life at the age of 34 because of what a priest had done to him as an alter boy .This man came from a prestigious family and wanted for little. His life could have been a gifted one.

Lyrics
Sittin Sweatin
Waitin on the call
10 Years on The Row
Want to take me
To the Hangman's Wall
You know I shot a man
On a cold December's night
Left him to die in the snow
No redemption
In his lone respite
Refrain
Waitin on the call To the Hangman's Wall
Will I die this night
I go with no remorse
My life for the Preacher Man
And no other will pay the cost
Cause a Child is such a precious thing
Immaculate to the soul
But the acts of that Preacher Man
Left that child of God
Confused and ever cold
Refrain
All life is a precious thing
And to take one is wrong I know
But the price was no concern
No matter where my soul may go
Sittin Sweatin
Waitin on the call
10 yrs. on the row
Need to take me
To the Hangman's Wall
So I can pay my dues
On the Hangman's Wall
Refrain
