Story Behind The Song
My daughter wouldn't fall asleep which was frustrating at the time but, I also was happy she was at home our home and safe since she was fostered then adopted. She doesn't like to sleep. Always wants to stay up and have fun. One night she said, "Don't leave, I've got no one" because Mom and Dad are always sleeping together and she didn't have someone. That's where the song started.

Lyrics
Don't leave. I've got no one tonight
I don't want to be alone
Just tell me, why are we here this time
Everyone's all on their own
When everything builds up. we can't get no sleep
Tomorrow is forever away in your dreams
You know I won't be the same
If you're not here all night long
I'm just happy you're here to stay
Happy you're not on your own
All alone
Hold my hand, let's both dance
Distract me from my mind
You look at me, one more glance
I can't come back here again tonight
The party is over, we can't catch a break
Tomorrow is forever, forever away
I don't know if I can make this anymore more clear.
You make it too hard, too hard
I don't understand what it is, your fear.
