Was written when I was young and at a party. Saw a girl being friendly to everyone and thought she was flirting with everyone but in reality she was just nice. My thoughts went in another direction than what was really taking place.

Song is about when a person makes up scenarios in their head. There is a gray area to what is true. Tries to paint a picture of being at a party and seeing someone you want to be close with interact with someone else and the feelings that is created in that situation.
