Doug Diamond / Diamondigital Media is selecting Seasonal, Christmas and
Holiday appropriate tracks for inclusion in public performance playlists
across high-profile retail outlets. Music selected for rotation will be
played across popular national indoor and outdoor mall chains, national
retail shops, restaurant chains, fashionable retail plazas and well-known
big box retailers.
Sound designers typically look to traditional contracted publishers for
new music. Doug Diamond / Diamondigital Media is again offering the same
opportunity to unrepresented, undiscovered artists as a way to be heard
across the same custom retail radio outlets without being signed. Keep
your music in your control, keep all of your revenue.
Retailers refresh Holiday playlists each season. Get discovered by new

GENRES ACCEPTED:
Anything Holiday-related. Pop, Country, Rock, Classic Rock, Punk,
Alternative, Hip-Hop/Rap, Dubstep, R&B, Hard rock, Metal, Ska Reggae, EDM,
Metal, Instrumental, Classical, Singer-Songwriter, World Music, Jazz (New,
Piano, Latin), International and Americana. French and English lyrics
accepted to service all North American outlets servicing French-speaking
Canada and the USA.
Submission Criteria
SUBMISSION CRITERIA:
-Tracks must be well-produced, professional, and ready for inclusion in television programming.
-Tracks must be appropriate for the content that it will be supporting.
-Artists must own all copyrights. No uncleared samples, covers, or re-titled tracks.
- Tracks must contain NO AI - music or vocals.
COMPENSATION:
If selected, you are guaranteed to maintain all of your rights and will
earn royalties from your P.R.O. (Performance Rights Organization) as seen
on your quarterly statements. Sync fees may or may not be paid to the
artist, on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of the producer and
depending the usage of the song and the networks available budget. These
songs will be exposed to millions of viewers across the nation and
on-screen chyron credit will be given, as well as artist web links (where
applicable, as determined by the segment editor at the network).
SUBMISSION PROCESS:
Songs submitted will all be reviewed thoroughly by Doug Diamond /
Diamondigital Media. All tracks that match the submission criteria will
then be passed along to producers and for consideration into their
broadcasts. If selected by the producers, Doug Diamond / Diamondigital
Media will then provide the usage agreements and contract information from
the network's legal/clearance department directly to the artist to
complete the process. Sync fees will be presented and agreed upon by the
artist and Doug Diamond / Diamondigital Media before usage (approved via
written instrument).
There are no additional fees once an artist is selected, only the
submission fee listed below.
