Doug Diamond / Diamondigital Media is pitching tracks to producers and
editors at a top-tier European based production company. The in-house
music supervisor has requested new music for consideration in the
following: advertising campaigns, Sports Commercials, Retail Client
campaigns and Video Games.
Music Supervisor is looking for high-quality independent artists,
publishers and composers with commercial-ready songs or instrumentals that
can compliment any number of moods or scenes. Must should be unique,
artists are encouraged to take creative risks, stand out and avoid
copy-cat/sound-alike tracks.
Specific moods and styles requested included but are not limited to the
following:
Cozy Café vibes, high fashion beats/Pop/Trance, Luxury Lounge, Christmas
themes/Cozy/Charming, Acoustic Chill Out, Spa/Garden, Latin, Jazz, Hard
Rock/Action Rock guitar, Sunny Vacation Vibes, Serene
Piano/Classical/Concert music, Folk, Nostalgic, Urban Street beats/Rap,
and any applicable commercial ready cross genres.
GENRES ACCEPTED:
Not genre specific. All tempos and styles needed.
Submission Criteria
SUBMISSION CRITERIA:
- Tracks must be well-produced, professional, and ready for commercial play.
- Tracks must be appropriate for public performance.
- No re-titles or uncleared samples.
-Tracks must be appropriate for the application it will be supporting.
-Artists must own/control all copyrights - please no uncleared samples or
uncleared covers.
COMPENSATION:
TBD once approved by Production Company executives.
Licensing rates or per-use payment structures will be offered by the
production company and determined by duration of track usage, placement in
the production, and act/artist draw. Terms of compensation will be
approved, negotiated and mutually agreed upon by the copyright
owners/representatives and the company in writing once final tracks are
approved and selected for inclusion in a project.
Details, deal memos, terms and conditions will be provided and negotiated
in private between copyright owners, representatives and/or fiduciaries.
Doug Diamond / Diamondigital Media does not meddle in contracts,
negotiations or financial transactions. Doug Diamond / Diamondigital Media
only curates top lists of music for the Production Company's
consideration. If selected, your professional contact information and
streaming links will be passed along to the deciding parties.
SUBMISSION PROCESS:
Songs submitted will all be reviewed thoroughly by Doug Diamond /
Diamondigital Media. All tracks that match the submission criteria will
then be passed along to Music Supervisor/Production company decision
makers for consideration. If selected by the Production company, Doug
Diamond / Diamondigital Media will then provide contact information and
instructions on how to complete the process directly with the production
team.
*There are no additional fees once an artist is selected, only the
submission fee listed below.
**Doug Diamond / Diamondigital Media does not take cuts from sync
licensing payouts. Artists/Representatives are responsible for their own
financial transactions, contracts, taxes etc.
NOTE: Even if you are not selected for this opportunity, you may be
considered for future licensing.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
- A streaming link of your song (for producers to stream). No
file-delivery or FTP.
- WAV file/MP3 and metadata (once reviewed and selected for broadcast).
