17.While only a handful of people were graced with the excellence of One Motion's (#24) 2002 full-length, "Unbreakable," it still seems a bit strange word on the band didn't get to at least one wise A&R, as they surely would've instantly signed this amazing Swedish quintet. Truly a diamond in the rough, One Motion creates metal-laden alternative rock in the vein of Blindside and Spineshank.

One Motion formed in 2001 by five long-time friends who all came from different bands but sharing the love for heavy music. They soon found out that they had the same idea in where to take this band music wise, so songwriting began swiftly and a demo was recorded with a few songs, and the response at release was awsome! They sold out on every copy and understood that people really liked the blend of aggression and harmony that One Motion is.

Through the internet One Motion have reached thousands of people all across the globe and are steadingly increasing it's fanbase,wich shows at the offical hompage wich started out with 30 visitors a month and now counts nearly 1500 a month. The word is getting out there for sure. One Motion is 100% dedicated to the music,the fans and the hard work in making sure that every new song is better that the last.
