What is a Exclusive or Non-Exclusive deal?
A non-exclusive deal means that if you sign a contract with the provider of this Opportunity, then you are free to sign contracts with other publishers, song pluggers, and libraries that have non-exclusive deals. Your song will exist in a catalog and be available for usage in films, TV, video games and more (advertisements and cable TV shows often use non-exclusive libraries).

The advantage to this kind of contract is that you're welcome to pitch the song to other music industry entities and can make it available in the widest array of places to find by music supervisors.
