A multi-talented musician, teacher, composer and Steinway Artist, she has produced seven critically acclaimed albums of original New Age, Classical and Contemporary music through her company Elegant Entertainment Co.(BMI) featured on commercial radio worldwide and on Internet radio. In 2007, Ms. Comune proudly introduced Comune Music Press.

Carol Comune started her piano studies at the age of three and received a scholarship for piano and solfege with Mme. Yvonne Combe at the French School of Music in Plainfield, New Jersey. Ms. Comune graduated from New England Conservatory of Music with a BM in Piano Performance with David Hagan and Graduate Studies in Piano Pedagogy with Jean Stackhouse (NEC), Composition with John Felice (NEC) and influential mentor Donald Waxman along with concert pianist Anthony di Bonaventura, master teacher and pupil of Russian teacher Madame Isabelle Vengerova.

Ms. Comune resides with her husband Rick and daughter Gealyn in Jupiter, Florida and Easton, Pennsylvania.

Hi Carol,

So nice to hear such dedication, passion and freedom when you are playing. As my first music teacher back when I was 6 kept saying, "Chester, when birds fly they flap their wings with true commitment, so when you touch or hold and instrument MOVE, don't sit still....flap YOUR wings.

I hear this when you play. Thanks for sharing your music.
