This CD (made possible, in part, by a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts) showcases classic Blues tunes from six decades. Produced by the legendary Bob Messinger (formerly with Columbia and Douglas Records, and manager of Muddy Waters during the 1960''s), and engineered by Fred Hellerman (Alice''s Restaurant), this CD offers 15 songs featuring Son and his band in various settings, acoustic and electric. Special Guest Appearances by Bob "Hoochie Coochie" Paolucci (Son Seals), James Cioffi (Paul Whistler & The Wheels), and John Pittas (The Fins), round out the performers.
