"This beautiful project represents the achievement of a journey that I started several years ago. I really feel that this sets my artistic agenda out there, lets people know how Asia and Europe sound when they begin a romance", DjayPee says with focused intent. Like a master alchemist he combines bits of violins; cello by virtuoso Corinne Morris; tropical drums, Balinese gamelan, Mongolian morinhur violin, kalimba, Nepalese chants, arabic or celtic violins, and dozens of exotic instruments, and of course the solid, smooth house beats that he is known for. Then, with his signature mischievous grin, he fuses the ingredients under the mixing decks of studios in France and Malaysia. The result? A magical CD, Tempo, which creates stimulating movements making magnetic energy glow; as you listen, you feel your legs tapping to the beat. Tempo is an invitation to let it all go, to get the party started.
