"Although Finding Beauty defies precise categorization to some extent, it's reminiscent of moodier material by RJD2, Massive Attack, Blockhead, and Portishead. The beats provide a heavy and gritty underbelly, rounded out by layers of speeches and vocalizations, sound effects, and beautiful melodies. Much of the music is haunting and dysphoric, making it a prime choice of material for the Zoloft generation. Strange as it may sound, I mean that as a compliment.
