Songwriter/singer...songwriter with a capital "S" because that's my first love. This album evolved into an autobiographical one... I guess the timing was just right. Life...Love...Lessons and Jazz is about events from my life, loves, lessons learned and my newest musical interest... jazz. When I first started performing these songs, I was surprised to find that it wasn't just my story, but the songs connected with many others who are now new friends, family and fans. My musical style is...eclectic soul...because whether R&B, jazz, pop, hip hop, dance, adult contemporary, country, world or folk...it's all done with a soulful R&B verve. I truly feel music can be a powerful voice for change, so I write about real life as well as what I wish it could be. Enjoy this taste of 'eclectic soul'
