I played bass for Danny Shirley and the Cross Roads Band. One month after being fired from this music group for being too fine, handsome, suave and debonair they became the Grammy award-winning group The Confederate Railroad. While on the road I made appearances with such stars as Steve Wariner, David Allen Coe, Rickey Van Shelton, Vern Gosden, the Bellamy Brothers, Sweet Hearts of the Rodeo and many more. My travels took me to Missouri, Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Ohio, North Carolina and South Carolina. Some of my writing work includes songs and stories from these places.

My style of writing tells stories that can be believed. Although in earlier years I wrote and played Rock N Roll Music, I now stay with traditional country and western music. I feel like this is a true form of American Music. I play Guitar, Keyboard, Bass and Drums and do most of my studio work. The musicians I work with are called G S Sound.
Music is not a boyhood dream to me; instead it is part of me!
