Al Monte is a singer/songwriter based out of Jacksonville, Florida. I write in all genres, and have recently recorded songs in the song standard style from the American Song Book. I refer to them as retro standards. I have recorded eight CDs of original music in folk, jazz, light rock, retro-standards, blues, comedy, Broadway, and even an all instrumental album.
